He is survived by: his children, Mike Lowry of Warsaw and Wendy Heeter (Melvin) of Rochester; his grandchildren, Christina Wagoner, James Harrell, Ryan Wagoner (Beth), Damien Heeter, Alexis Heeter, Cameron Christian and Chevel Heeter; his great grandchildren, Braxton Thomas, Victoria Carnegie and Maylee Watkins; his caregiver Jaylin Foreman; and his siblings, Rick Lowry, Karen Lowry and Sandy Snell.
