It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Orval Eugene Bower of Petroleum, Indiana, who passed away on February 28, 2021, at the age of 88, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Merl Bower and Bessie Bower (Yoder); and his sisters, Norma Bower and Betty Smith. He is survived by: his wife Rose Ann of Twelve Mile; and his children, Susan Cochran (Mark) of Pueblo West, Barry Bower (Rhonda) of Markle, Robert Bower (Tara) of Warren and Scott Jellison (Rachel) of Twelve Mile.
