He was predeceased by: his parents, Eugene Billman and Norma Jean Billman (Cochran). He is survived by: his children, Amber Ames (Cody) of Petroleum and Adam Billman (Brittany) of Poneto; his grandchildren, Carlie Jean Billman, Jaxson David Billman and Arianna Nichole Ames; his stepsons, Justin Stephen and Jeremy Stephen of Bluffton; his sister Deborah Taylor (Bruce) of Liberty Center; and his cousins, Tony Billman of Pennville, Matthew Billman, Nathan Billman of Zanesville, Clinton Billman of Bluffton and Charlie Billman.
Memorials may be made in David's memory to Friends of Wells County Animal Shelter.
