Shililah Rae Gladish Obituary
We are sad to announce that on March 9, 2023, at the age of 68, Shililah Rae Gladish of Petersburg, Indiana, born in Oakland City, Indiana passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her grandparents, Kenny, Dolly McCandless of Winslow, Earl and Ruby Hays of Winslow, Indiana.. She is survived by: her parents, Rodney McCandless and Bettye McCandless (Hays); her husband James Gladish II; her children, Jason Gladish and Jodi Gladish; her brothers, Mark, Chet and Rodger McCandless; and also Jason. She is also survived by numerous uncles, aunts, cousins, nieces, and nephews.
Although Shililah had fought hard and survived pneumonia more than once over the past ten years, she contracted Covid, and was admitted to Daviess Community Hospital on July 3, 2022.
In lieu of flowers, donations to the Muscular Dystrophy Association may be made in Shililah's memory.
