He was predeceased by: his parents, Marion Shoultz and Laura Lavon Shoultz (Stone); and his sisters, Shannon Owens and Nancy Smith. He is survived by: his wife Jackie Shoultz (Gottman); his children, Andrew Shoultz (Emily) of Knoxville, TN, Jana Atkins (Damon) of Oakland City, IN and Lexus Shoultz (Billy Smith) of Petersburg; his siblings, Charles Shoultz of Princeton, Jim Shoultz, Sherry Cockerham of Petersburg and Debbie Sattler of Jasper; and also, Berkley and Lakin Atkins.
In lieu of flowers donations may be made to the Hadi Shrine Temple Transport Fund.
