He is survived by: his spouses, Elzena Joyce Blaize and Elezna Strain of Petersburg; his children, Timothy Strain (Becky) of Bicknell and Deborah Knight (Larry); and his stepsons, Jeffrey Blaize (Rose) of Knob Noster, MO and Jason Blaize (Karen) of Tolar, TX. He is also survived by four grandchildren; and four great-grandchildren.
