With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Richard Cook of Petersburg, Indiana, who passed away on October 15, 2020 at the age of 77. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Delice Cook and Esther Cook (Smith); his children, Brian Cook and Karen Cook; his brother Otus Cook; and his pet Prince.
He is survived by: his wife Susan Cook (Griffith); his daughter Angie Day (Jeremy Conder); his grandchildren, Chloe Day, Jared Day and Jacob Day; and his siblings, Mary Pate (Don), Verlan Willis, Cindy Nevins (Gene), Betty Nalley (Tom), Charlotte Dedman (Joe), Wayne Cook (Pat), Darrell Cook (Marquette) and Gary Cook.
Due to COVID-19 restrictions, limited seating will be available during the funeral service.
