He was predeceased by: his mother Della June Stafford; his sister Virginia Ruth Hazelman; his father Horace Dorsey Stafford; and his stepmother Evelyn Lucille Stafford. He is survived by: his siblings, Lavon D Stafford, Anne Heffington and Jerry Joe Berry; and his adoptive son Doan Stafford.
