She was predeceased by: her parents, Hugh Crecelius and Alice Crecelius (O'Neil); her former husband Donald Hatten; her husband John L. Blaize; her children, Susan Hatten, Jay and Joe Hatten; her stepdaughter Maryann Larson; and her brothers, Charles and Donald Crecelius.
She is survived by: her son Terry Wayne Hatten of Petersburg, Indiana; her grandchildren, Alecia Ascher (Tom) of Princeton, Brandon Hatten (Amber) of Princeton, Jordan Hatten (Kirsten) of Virginia Beach, Alana, Colton Haas of Princeton and Shawn Larson (Jennifer) of Gainsville, Florida; and her great grandchildren, Triton, Gunner Ascher of Princeton, Aiden, Wyatt Mahan of Princeton, Holden Hatten of Virginia Beach, Freya Hatten of Princeton, Vivienne and Koa Larson of Gainsville, Florida. She is also survived by several cousins and nieces.
