She was predeceased by: her parents, Virgil Conrad and Piney Conrad (Hendrickson); her husbands, Foster Willis of Petersburg and Kenneth "Zeke" Harper of Winslow; and her pet Precious.
She is survived by: her stepchildren, Bonnie Harper and Ron Harper; and her sisters, Thelma Hayes of Pendleton, IN and Crystal Hale of Mishawaka, IN. She is also survived by 2 step daughters; 3 step great grandchildren, many nieces and nephews; and many great nieces and great nephews.
