Carter Jr. of Petersburg, Indiana, born in Franklin, Kentucky, who passed away on September 14, 2023, at the age of 93, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, John Carter and Dora Carter. He is survived by: his wife Martha "Lane"; and his children, Gary and Sandra Phillips (Carter).
