He was predeceased by: his parents, Otis Wade (Tuffy) and Hazel Wade (Jones); his stepfather Ausie; his siblings, Bill Amos, Lora and Flora Taylor; and his grandson Rocky Wade.
He is survived by: his children, Jodie Alan Wade, Teresa Wade (Nash) and Rita Wade (Phillips); his grandchildren, Marty, Amy Lynn, Jason, Danny, Ashley, Heather, Tyler, Stacey Jackson and Courtney Dowling; and his stepdaughter Sherri Gee. He is also survived by 8 Greatgrandchildren.
