With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Gaylord Leon Ashcraft of Petersburg, Indiana, who passed away on December 3, 2024 at the age of 99. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
Though Gaylord may no longer walk beside us, his memory will forever be enshrined in the fabric of the lives of those Gaylord touched, a beacon of light guiding us through the darkness. In his absence, his spirit lives on — a gentle whisper in the breeze, a ray of sunlight on a cloudy day, a reminder that love knows no boundaries.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Clyde Ashcraft and Margaret Ashcraft (Baldwin); and his wives, Helen Ashcraft (Adams) and Virginia Ashcraft (Beck). He is survived by: his nephews, Boyd Ashcraft and Duaine Ashcraft.
