She is survived by: her mother Katherine Startin (Cook) of Washington, Ind.; her children, Jason Smith (Holly) of Petersburg, Ind. and Jessica Smith of San Francisco, CA; and her grandchildren, Logan Parrott, Chelsie Lester, Caleb Lester and Connor Lester. She is also survived by two great-grandchildren.
