It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Dawn Seifers of Petersburg, Indiana, born in Evansville, Indiana, who passed away on January 3, 2023, at the age of 66, leaving to mourn family and friends. She is survived by: her mother Helen Rupprecht (Bailey); her husband Brad Seifers; and her brother Drew Rupprecht (Angie).
