She was predeceased by: her parents, Urban Buechlein and Bertha Buechlein (Englert); her brothers, Denny Buechlein and Jim Buechlein; and her brother-in-law Daryl Maxey.

She is survived by: her children, Chad McClellan (Mendi) of Petersburg and Amy Venters (Josh) of Loogootee; her siblings, Ronnie Buechlein (Mag) of Jasper and Carol Maxey of Huntingburg; and her sister-in-law Judy Buechlein.
