He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Larry Weisman, Lillian Halbert and Harold Booker. He is survived by: his parents, Don Booker and Tina Booker (Weisman) of Petersburg, IN.. He is also survived by many aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, and cousins.
