He is survived by: his children, Charles E. McFarland, Brian McFarland, Ricky McFarland, Steven McFarland and Cathy McFarland; and his grandchildren, Stephanie, Catherine, Jake, Brooke, Ben, Logan, Alana, Ashley, Alex, Samantha, Sydney, Esmael, Stevie and Tanner. He is also survived by 10 great grandchildren.
