He was predeceased by: his parents, Harold Lee and Evelyn Lee; and his sisters, Connie Lee and Kathy Lee. He is survived by: his wife Naomi Lee; his siblings, William Lee (late Sally) and Waneita McCormick (late Randy); his nieces and nephews, Karla Correll (Duaine), Sandra Cooper (Todd), Kevin Lee (Becky) and Michael Lee; his granddaughter Michelle Burkhart (Brad); his great grandchild Max Burkhart; his stepchildren, Don Wall (Melanie), Cheryl Price (Johnny), Teresa Demoss (late Roger) and Thomas Wall (Aliza); and his cousin Don Warren. He is also survived by 15 grandchildren, 35 great-grandchildren, and several great-nieces/nephews.
