He was predeceased by: his wife Sandra Kay Butler; his parents, Weldon Jerome Sr. and Lillian Butler; and his brother David Butler. He is survived by: his children, Teresa Armstrong (Jack) of Kokomo, IN, Kimberly Ballenger (Steve) of Kokomo, IN, Jerry Butler (Kimberly) of Peru, IN and Amber Powell (Jeromy) of Kokomo, IN.; his grandchildren, Timothy Butler of Savannah, GA., Ashlea Graves (Cole) of Virginia Beach, VA., James Reed of Carmel, IN., Jonathan Reed of Kokomo, IN., Brandyn Butler (Sierra) of Galveston, IN., Jadelynn Costley of Sutton, AK, Wesley Butler of Kokomo, IN. and Jessica Butler of West Lafayette, IN.; and his great grandchildren, Phillip, Jonathan Jr., Khai, Nevaeh, Layla, Payton, Lydia and Jaxxon.
