He was predeceased by: his parent Thomas G. Turley Sr.. He is survived by: his wife Billie J. Rexstrew (Jeanie); his children, Thomas G. Turley, Trina J. Barnes (Chris) and Matthew S. Turley (Evelyn); his stepparents, Vickie Turley and Fred Rutherford; and his sisters, Erica Cartwright and Monica Lamons. He is also survived by 9 grandchildren, 9 great-grandchildren, 3 brothers.
