She was predeceased by: her parents, Thomas Walton and Lillian Walton; and her husband Harris Leazenby. She is survived by: her children, Tina Carter of Peru, Roland Leazenby of Peru and Patricia Leazenby of Peru; her grandchildren, Kristen Shear (Timothy) and David Carter (Tiffany); her great grandchildren, Lillian Shear, Kyndall Shear, Jordyn Shear, Lennon Carter, Paisley Carter and Boston Carter; and her siblings, Thomas Walton of England, Pauline and Elsie of England.
In Thelma's honor, memorial contributions may be given to the American Heart Association or the Alzheimer's Association.
