She was predeceased by: her parents, James Howard, Jr. and Cleo Miniard; and her siblings, Barbara Lewis, Wallace Howard and Bruce Howard.
She is survived by: her partner Kyle Harmon of Peru; her sons, Chad Lewis and Curtis Lewis; her sisters, Fern Mullins of Corbin, Betty Lou Adams (Wesley) of Wooton, Edna Howard of Wooton and Juanita Wells (Denny) of Wooton; and her nieces, Phyllis Lewis, Jennifer Fraley and Heather Ann Williamson.
A graveside service was held on Sunday, March 9th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Locust Grove Cemetery (Locust Grove Cemetery Rd, Keavy, KY 40737).
