She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, John Winningham and Beulah Winningham; her siblings, William Scott Douglass of Marion and Elizabeth Howell of Swansboro; her children, Brandon (Janis), Bryan (Tammy) and Anita Easterday (Jeff); her grandchildren, Taylor Douglass (Katie), Daniel Douglass (Rose), Matthew Goodman, Jennifer Nicosia, Cody Douglass of Daleville, IN, Audrey Douglass of Daleville, IN and Savannah Russell (Cody Sloan); her great grandchildren, Wren, Will Douglass of Peru, Olive and Eloise Douglass of Indianapolis; and her siblings, Martha Lavalley (Joe), Rose Houk, Carol Sue DePoy and John Winningham. She was also cherished by many nieces and nephews.
Memorial contributions may be made in Shirley's name to Riley Hospital for Children in Indianapolis.
