He was predeceased by: his father Phillip Myers; his grandmother Rhoda Stanley; his uncle Mike Stanley; and his grandparents, Wayne Stanley, Bertha and John Myers.
He is survived by: his mother Shari Worthman (Stanley); his pets, Browni and Blondie; and his cousins, Wayne, Glen, Breeann Stanley, Amy McKee-Miller and Johnnie Rhinehart.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests memorial contributions be made towards the care of his dogs, Browni and Blondie in care of the funeral; or the Howard County Humane Society.
