She was predeceased by: her parents, Jerome Mumea and Mildred Cox Mumea; her son Dana Allen Brown; and her sister Bessie Raver. She is survived by: her children, Richard Burwell (June) of Peru, Shirley Smiley (Terry) of Peru, Noal Brown, Jr. of Eufaula and Kenneth Brown (Julie) of Peru; her grandchildren, Vickie Sampson (Jason), Crystal Smith (Chris), Teresa Hall (Zac), Makenna Mikesell (Paul) and Joshua Brown; her great grandchildren, Christian Sampson, Caitlin Smith, Ethan Sampson, Caleb Smith, Madelyn Hall, Grace Sampson and Brodie Hall; her great great grandchildren, Colt and Henry Smith; and her brother Charles Mumea of Georgia.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made through the funeral home to the Scratching Post Cat Rescue in Peru.
