He is survived by: his wife Roberta Oaks; his children, Rhonda DeAnn Thorrington (Phil) of Peru, Roy Deon "Rowdy" Oaks (Ruth) of Peru and Ray Dean Oaks (Wendi) of Peru; his grandchildren, PJ Thorrington (Tami) of Peru, Wesley Thorrington of Peru, Ashlei Pickett (Andy) of Peru, Pricilla Akemon (TJ) of Peru, Roy Deon Oaks III (Jessica) of Peru, Adam Oaks of Peru and Emily Oaks (Jake Collins) of Peru; his great grandchildren, Ray Dean Pickett, Porscha Pickett, Cole Thorrington, Callie Thorrington, Kennadi Thorrington and Casey Thorrington; and his siblings, Mickey Arnett and Bartley Oaks, Sr..
