He was predeceased by: his parents, William Mofield and Gertrud Mofield (Marsha); and his brothers, Roscoe Mofield, Bill Mofield and Charlie Mofield.
He is survived by: his siblings, Loretta Westfall of Peru and Harold Mofield of Peru.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, February 12th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Flowers-Leedy Funeral Home (105 W 3rd St, Peru, IN 46970). A funeral service was held on Wednesday, February 12th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
