It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Roger Steele Blackman of Peru, Indiana, who passed away on August 22, 2023, at the age of 69, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Wayne Steele Blackman and Lillian Adele Blackman (Reuter). He is survived by: his children, Stephanie Schultz (Austin) of Kokomo, Lindsey Leedy (Jay) of Kokomo and Ashley Blackman of North Vernon, Indiana.; his grandchildren, Addelynn Herche, Maddox Leedy, Amelia Leedy, Steele Schultz and Grayson Trepanier; and his siblings, James Wayne Blackman (Lynette) of Hertford and Karen Gholson (Gary) of South Bend. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Peoria Church, 5575 East 325 South, Peru, Indiana.
