It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Robert Parker of Peru, Indiana, born in Lewisburg, Ohio, who passed away on October 25, 2021, at the age of 90, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his stepmother Sylvia Parker; his daughter Joyce Parker; his brother Ed Parker; his stepsiblings, Herbert Malott and Virginia VanDyke; his daughter-in-law Carla Parker; and his grandson Ryan Parker.
He is survived by: his son Herbert; his wife Elma Lorenz; his children, Joleen Parker of Peru, James Parker of Amboy and William Parker of North Manchester; his grandchildren, Heather Stevens (Jeff), Tiffany Reed (Stu), Christopher Parker, Jeremy Parker (Amber) and Erin Opp (Michael); and his stepbrother Leon Malott.
In lieu of flowers memorial donations may be made through the funeral home to Miami County Helping Hands.
