He is survived by: his children, Amber Michaels (Christopher), Dustin Manriquez, Kevin Haggard (Paige) and Hannah Manriquez; his grandchildren, Savanna Manriquez, Dion Michaels, Desiree Michaels and Kevin Haggard Jr.; and his siblings, Denise Chack, Rodney Chack, Phillip Manriquez (Lisa), Timothy Manriquez (Tammy), Ronald Manriquez (April) and Robin Manriquez (Danielle).
