He was predeceased by: his parents, Jacob Harkema and Patricia Pritchard Harkema; his sister-in-law Sharon (Charles Berkheiser); and his father-in-law Gerald Edwards. He is survived by: his significant other Marcia Edwards; his daughters, Sherri Anderson (Delbert) of Aldie, VA and Julie Cutler (Clayton) of West Hartford, CT; his brother Arthur Harkema (Lorie) of Mooresville, IN; his mother-in-law Vivian Edwards of Peru; and his brother-in-law Gary Edwards (Jane).
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made through the Eikenberry-Eddy Funeral Home, 84 W. Main St., Peru to the McGrawsville Community Church.
