He was predeceased by: his father Robert Butzin; and his sister Judy Brown. He is survived by: his wife Pamela Butzin (Vincent); his sons, Mark Butzin (Angel) of Peru and Paul Butzin of Peru; his grandchildren, Dailynn Butzin, Maci Butzin, Brady Butzin, Abigail Oliver and Courtney Campbell; and his brothers, Ron Butzin of St. Louis and William Butzin of Peru. He is also survived by four great grandchildren.
