He is survived by: his wife Charlene Crist (Imm); the mother of his children Karen Sims (Gochenour); his children, Richard "Richie" Sims (Angie Rheinlander) of Peru, Amy Sims of Peru, Ryan Sims of Peru and Wendy Crist of Union City, Indiana.; his grandchildren, Cody Poindexter (Haylee), Jasmyne Sims, Arionna Sutton, Abigail Childers (Dylan), Zach Sutton, Bradlee Kotkoski (Jennifer Smith) and Zoey Crist (Matthew Mayfield); his great grandchildren, Oakley, Lemar Jr., Braylynn, Olivia, Aaliyah and Oliver; his sisters, Patsy Truex (Terry) of Peru and Linda McKinley (Bob) of Peru; and his siblings-in-law, Kathy Berry, Collene Hill (Bob), Don Imm (Lori) and Kenny Imm (Pam). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
