He was predeceased by: his parents, William Lewis and Ruth Lewis; and his children, Jacob Lewis and Jennifer Amonette. He is survived by: his wife Susan Archer; his son Josh Lewis (Casey); his grandchildren, Rodney Amonette, Dillon Amonette, Luke Wicks, Hartley Lewis and Joshua Lewis, Jr.; his great grandchild Rodney Amonette, Jr.; and his sisters, Rebecca Myer and Patricia Willis.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made through the Eikenberry-Eddy Funeral Home, 84 West Main St., Peru to the American Cancer Society.
