He was predeceased by: his parents, Allen Fooshee and Helene Weitzel Fooshee; his wife Connie Mae Hartzler; and his siblings, Mary Frances Bessignano and John Fooshee.
He is survived by: his son Devin Fooshee of Peru; his sisters, Georgann Hahn of Peru and Christine Hughes of Las Vegas, NV; and his brother-in-law Tim Bessignano of Peru.
