He is survived by: his children, Doug Hazlett (Lori) and Robin Oliver; his grandchildren, Natasha Hazlett, Nolan Hazlett (Darcey), Clint Hazlett, Sarah Martin (Joshua), Randi Roloff (Joshua) and Ariana Ragsdale (Nathan); and his sisters-in-law, Diana LeVette, Marjorie Orem, Carolyn Orem and Mara Workentine. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
