With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Richard Behrens of Peru, Indiana, who passed away on March 19, 2021 at the age of 77. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, John Fredrick "Fritz" and Kathryne Evelyn Behrens (Zeigler); his wife Sharon Elaine Eikenberry; his siblings, Betty Jane Schlocher and Jerry Behrens; his son Matthew Behrens; and his grandson Mathew Anderson.
He is survived by: his children, Mel (Tony Anderson) of Peru, Michael Behrens (Matt) of Flossmoor Ill and Jeffrey Behrens (Christina) of Marshall Ill; his grandchildren, Brandy Peek (Brandon) of Elwood, IN, Braxton Bowers (Chelsey) of Rochester, IN, Adrienne Anderson of Logansport, IN, Isabell and Sarah; his great grandchildren, Ella JoeAnn, Amya Lynn, Zayden Alexander, Hayden Raysel, Alyiah Marie, Christopher Michael, Ashlynn Ann, Kegan Lee and Paislee Ann; his grandchild DooDah; his sister Linda Krider of Chilicothe, ILL; and his siblings-in-law, Carol of Behrens, FL and Jim Eikenberry (Pam) of Rochester, IN..
