With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Rhoda P. Ellers of Peru, Indiana, born in Proctor, Vermont, who passed away on April 18, 2022 at the age of 77. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Noel Stanley and Bonny Ellis Loucks; her husband Howard "Dean" Ellers; her daughters, Valerie Ellers Richardson and Vanessa Ellers Chapman; her granddaughter Emma Chapman; and her brother Charles Loucks (Julie) of Carmel. She was also cherished by nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to Circus City Festival, Inc. (CCFI).
