Rhea Hoppes Obituary
We are sad to announce that on November 18, 2020 we had to say goodbye to Rhea Hoppes of Peru, Indiana, born in Gadsden, Alabama. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Leslie Allenstein and Verna Allenstein (Sherren); and her husband Marion G. Hoppes. She is survived by: her daughters, Thea Scheblo (David) of Peru and Leah Hoppes (Sean Whitfield) of Utica, Illinois; her grandson Nate Scheblo; her stepgrandson Sean Michael Whitfield; and her brother Myron K. Allenstein (Gloria) of Gadsden, Alabama.. She is also survived by Many nieces, nephews and extended family.
Memorial contributions can be made to: St. John's Lutheran Church, Peru, Indiana, LWML (Lutheran Women's Missionary League) and/or The Hoppes Memorial Scholarship Fund through Northern Indiana Community Foundation.
