He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, William Carl and Luella Scholz (Swanson); his wife Betty Jane Bemisderfer; his children, Neal of Peru, Carl (Rebecca) of Galveston, IN, Susanne Walton (John Jr.) of Peru and Dale (Sandra) of Walton, IN.; his sisters, Dorothy of Greenville, SC and Sylvia of Valparaiso, IN.; his grandchildren, John Walton, Ray Scholz (Leah), Faith Walton and Sarah Lee (Matthew); and his great grandchildren, Natalie, Elijah, Audri Scholz, Mitchell, MacAuliffe Lee, Chai, Brenden, Dietzen, Julian, Grayson, Crew, Ana, Trace and Trigg.
