He was predeceased by: his parents, Franklin Scott and LaFaun Scott; and his brother Ricky Scott. He is survived by: his wife Lori A. Scott of Peru; his children, Chasity Mitchell of Peru, Brad Zink of Bunker Hill and Chad Hickle of Ohio; his sisters, Patricia Pope, Diana Thompson and Debra Bohanon; and his grandchildren, Levi, Christopher, Deven, Lydia and Debreya.
