It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Penny Powell of Peru, Indiana, who passed away on September 9, 2021, at the age of 73, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Irvin Jack and Rosalie Scott; and her grandson Joshua Otto. She is survived by: her husband Larry Powell; her children, Kimberly Otto (Lyle) of Greentown and Stacy Schnitz (Derek) of Sharpsville; her grandchildren, Laura, Austin, Kara, Collin Otto and Lilly Schnitz; and her sister Debra Renka of Florida.
