She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert Edward and Effie O'Neal Curtis (Clements); her brother Randy Curtis; and her brother-in-law Mike Cleaver. She is survived by: her daughters, Cynthia "Cindy" Ewer (Brent) of Peru, Dawn Hooker of Peru and Kimberly Stuber (Mike) of Peru; her grandchildren, Jeffery Morehead (Briana) of Peru, Samantha Ramirez (Julio) of Peru, Dakota Childers (Chelsey) of Peru, Dalton Childers (Kristina) of Peru, Dylan Childers (Abby) of Peru, Jaci Stuber of Peru, Abigail Wilhite (AJ) of Peru and Sidney Ooten (Jake) of Peru; her great grandchildren, Ashton Morehead, Cohle Morehead, Arthur Morehead, Brooklyn Riggle, Jaxon Ramirez, Israel Ramirez, Alexander Childers, Peyton Childers, Oaklynn Ooten and Daxton Ooten; her siblings, Tim Curtis (Doris) of Alabama, Elizabeth Foreman (James) of Michigan and Linda Cleaver of Peru; and her sister-in-law Carol Curtis of Indianapolis.
