He is survived by: his fiancé Brandi Fanning; his children, Harley Justice (Amber), Amanda Weyand (Robert) of Cleveland, OH, Chelse Justice (Jacob), Annie Whipple (Aubree) and Mackenzie Whipple; his grandchildren, Karolynn, Kaijou, Leighton, Tobias, Seimara and Venus; his sister Audrea Cole (Kevin) of Adolphus, KY; his niece Ashley Woestman (Nick) of Adolphus, KY; his nephew Jay Cole of Adolphus, KY; and his aunts, Audrey Donais of Malone, NY and Nancy Beall (Bob).
