He is survived by: his wife Roxanna Marie Carter (Books); his sons, Paul Brian Carter and Jason Lee Carter (Amy) of Peru; his grandchildren, Ryan Carter, Brian Carter (Ashayna Harvey), Jasper Carter, Skyler Carter and Sadie Carter; his great grandchildren, Raeleigh Carter and Oakleigh Carter; and his siblings, Aldyth Biddle (Michael) and Michael Carter Sr..
