He is survived by: his mother Cathy Mullett (Mitchell); his siblings, Christie Bakehorn, Amy Mullett, Marisa Mullett and Steve Mullett; his daughter Madeline Moon; his stepmother Fran Mullett; and his nieces and nephews, Bridget Brown, Meghan Bakehorn, Erika Bakehorn, Jessika Bakehorn, Clifford Bakehorn III, Dylan Julian, Cameron Bakehorn, Ryan Mariano and Andrew Watson.
