He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Roger McCarter and Betty McCarter (Campbell) of Kokomo, IN; his wife Kathleen Ann McCarter (Smith) of Peru, IN; his children, Chad McCarter (Deanna) of Kokomo, IN, Christina "Kissy" Foster of Kokomo, IN and Jennifer Pemberton of Kokomo, IN; his grandchildren, Austin Foster, Tyler Foster, Cody Foster, Keifer Britton, Wyatt Britton and Brielle McCarter; his great grandchildren, Colton and Jaxon; his sister Debbie Schmitt (Dave); his aunt Joyce Addison (Eddie); and his grandparents, Clarence, Dorothea McCarter, Charles and Stella Campbell.
