He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Vern and Lula Faye Arion Latta. He is survived by: his wife Judy Latta; his children, Melvin Latta (Veronica), Darla Davis (John, Jr.), Tammy Arvin (Craig Emery), Connie Wolfe (Randy) and Tina Fenwick (Brent); and his brothers, Vern Latta and Earl Latta. He is also survived by ten grandchildren; ten great-grandchildren; six step-grandchildren; five step great-grandchildren.
