She is survived by: her son Chad Maynard of Macy; her grandchildren, Radleigh Maynard (Peru), Andrew Maynard (Peru), Keylee Greene (North Carolina), Kevin Maynard and Lukas Maynard (Peru); and her siblings, Rose Meives (Peru), Florence Barker (Kokomo) and Phillip Tolley (Peru). She is also survived by several great grandchildren.
